Join us on a discovery and journey through Stauning's whisky production. Hear the story of their adventure and get up close to every step of the production. From the floor malting of the Danish barley and rye to distillation in the 24 copper pot stills. Meanwhile, enjoy the beautiful architecture of the new distillery, where the emphasis is on both soul and openness. Finish the experience by tasting three different types of whisky. A unique experience for all the senses, where you can see, feel, smell and taste.

Cocktails & Tapas at Stauning Whisky and LowlandsThe experience starts with an exciting tour of the distillery in Stauning, where the skilled tour attendants tell stories of Stauning Whisky's adventures. The tour goes further into production, where you get very close to every stage of whiskey production. Following this, the trip goes to the neighbouring Lowlands distillery, producing gin, schnapps and their very own liquor category, Solitary Spirit. Here you will be served a light tapas cuisine to be enjoyed with delicious cocktails containing Danish-produced alcohol, all while telling about the history of Lowland.

Exclusive whiskey tasting at Stauning WhiskyTake a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery at Stauning Whisky. On the tour you will hear about malting, measuring, fermenting, distilling and platter storage of whiskey. After this, the trip to Staunings Whisky's newly decorated tasting room in their old bottle warehouse, where you can see the oldest bottles from the first bottlings and special bottlings over the years. Here there will be an intimate whiskey tasting, where there will be time for calm, immersion and dialogue. Among other things, you will have to taste the bestsellers such as Rye, Chaos and Smoke, but also on discontinued bottlings as well as other surprises that are not on sale anymore. You are guaranteed an experience for all senses!

Whiskey barrel tasting at Stauning WhiskyHave you ever thought about what whiskey tastes like straight from platter? You can get the answer to at Stauning Whisky when tasting moves out at the whisky warehouse. First you will be shown around the production telling of malting, mashing, fermenting, distilling and cask storage of whiskey. The tour ends at the whisky warehouse, where the award-winning whiskies are tasted directly from the platter. Scent for Angels Share and hear about the Devils Cut. There will be time for dialogue as you immerse yourself in the many impressions, and hear about the importance of fad storage for flavours and fragrances. Flax, taste and scent the difference between whiskey that has just come on platter and in conjunction with whiskey that has been on platter for several years.
